JLPOA July 4 Boat Parade Draws Large Patriotic Floatilla

Boats decorated with red, white and blue paraded around the perimeter of Johnson Lake to celebrate the 4th of July. Johnson Lake Association July 2004 Events

Are you getting ready to celebrate Independence Day at the lake? It's traditionally the busiest weekend on the water, with plenty of people enjoying the water and the family fun. This year, the JLPOA invites you to join the annual boat parade in just about anything that floats. We also know of at least one entry being planned for the Siren Bed Races and welcome your involvement in that. Watch for a separate story on the return of the Johnson Lake Bald Eagles!
