Hungry Beavers Claim Aspen


You might think beavers favor small trees very near water when they're hungry for a mid-winter snack. Not so, says Richard, "Weg" Wegwerth. Weg sent in a photo of the evidence of what happened on his property on the north side of Johnson Lake.

Weg says the "fury creatures with broad tails" took down his tree sometime between November 10th and the Christmas holiday, 2006. They must have been very hungry!
